Master of Optoelectronics, Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden (KTH) (Supervisor: Lars Thylen, Director of Photonics Center); PhD, Department of Electronics and Information Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Supervisor: Prof. P. K. A. Wai, President of Hong Kong Baptist University, former Executive Vice President of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, IEEE Fellow, OSA Fellow). In October 2009, Dr. Nathan Kutz was a visiting scholar at the University of Washington (Seattle) and a postdoctoral fellow at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She joined The Shenzhen Graduate School of Peking University as an Assistant Professor in September 2012 and has been an associate professor since August 2013. His research interests include ultra-fast optics, integrated optical devices and chips, and optical communication theory and technology. She has published more than 160 SCI/EI papers in international journals and conferences, including more than 50 SCI papers in Zone I and Zone II. Two papers were selected for entry into the Virtual Journal of Ultrafast Science. Currently, she is a Senior Member of OSA. Since 2015, She has served as the instructor of OSA Student Chapter in Shenzhen Graduate School of Peking University. IEEE Senior Member, International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers 2017 -- 2019 Vice Chairman of IEEE Electron Devices and Solid-State Circuits (ED/SSC) Beijing Section (Shenzhen) Chapter Since 2019, She has been the instructor of IEEE Photonic Society Student Branch Chapter, Shenzhen Graduate School, Peking University.
