Research：
Ph.D. of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, postdoctoral fellow of Peking University, he has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of integrated circuits and systems for a long time. He has undertaken more than 20 national, provincial, municipal and horizontal scientific research projects; published more than 100 academic papers in journals and conferences including IEEE TVLSI, IEEE TIE, IEEE DATE, IEEE ATS and other journals and conferences; has a number of authorized invention patents; has won provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, IEEE academic conference best paper awards; has served as IEEE TCAS I/II, ACM TODAES, Journal of Semiconductors, Journal of Computer Science He has served as a member of the organizing committee of IEEE AsianHOST, EDA China and other conferences; served as the vice chairman of the YOCSEF Shenzhen Forum of the Chinese Computer Society; served as a member of the Fault-Tolerant Computing Committee of the Chinese Computer Society; served as a member of the Integrated Circuit Testing Committee of the China Metrology and Testing Society; and served as a member of the Shenzhen Micro and Nanoelectronics Society.
Recent research interests include IC Design, Hardware Security, Dependable Computing, Intelligent Hardware, chip measurability and reliability.
