The Shenzhen Branch of National Engineering Laboratory for Video Technology is approved by Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, signed an agreement between National Engineering Laboratory and Shenzhen Graduate University, led by Academician Gao Wen and supported by Shenzhen Graduate University.
